INTRODUCTION

Today information is one of the most valuable assets of a company and therefore the valuation

and negotiation of technology have taken a vital role in organizations, thereby creating

competitive advantages and increasing profitability. In this work,, we presented an analisys of

the intellectual property actual panorama in Colombia, through infographics and videos.

This presentation of evidence includes information on different topics, for example patents,

copyright among others.

CONCLUSIONS

With the development of this activity, we can see the importance and effects of the legal
protection of industrial property, business and other important aspects of intellectual property.

Creations are the product of the human intellect and that is why they have always been the
subject of controversy. Ña economic exploitation of an idea is essential for the growth of a
company and therefore it is essential to establish mechanisms to evaluate the compensation of
the creator against the assurance of his idea.
