Sub: Reopening of school for on-campus learning

Further to the circular dated 16th Sept 2021 I am glad to inform you that we have made
arrangements for starting the classes on campus for XI and XII on Sunday 26th September 2021.
In order to maintain physical distance as per covid protocol we have limited the seating in
classrooms as 12, 16 and 20 depending on the size of the rooms. Hence, we had to divide each
class into smaller groups and accommodate them in 2 shifts. All students of XI and XII will be
attending school daily.

The first shift will be from 7.30am to 11am. After the students leave at 11am the classrooms and
all other facilities in school will be thoroughly sanitized before the next batch enters.

The 2nd shift is from 12pm to 3.30pm.

* Your ward’s batch, shift and classroom allotted will be communicated to you.

* We have taken care to keep siblings in the same shift. If any error has occurred in this
regard it will be rectified.

* Students should reach school 15 minutes prior to the starting time.

* They should go home immediately after the class and their vehicles should be ready.

* Those who walk to and from school should not walk together in groups.

* Only vaccinated parents / visitors will be permitted to enter the school. Parents/visitors
who are not vaccinated can enter if they produce a PCR Negative result taken within 72
hours prior to the visit. Result older than 72 hours will not be accepted.

* Details of school transport will be communicated to you before 3rd October. Until then
please make your own transport arrangements.
