Dance is a fun exercise that can help us improve our physical, mental, social, and
emotional well-being. Dance has always been a component of human culture,
rituals, and celebrations, all of which contribute to our physical fitness. The
components of health-related fitness, also known as functional fitness, are created
through this activity. It ensures that a person can operate efficiently and meet the
demands and duties that protect against lifestyle-related disorders and contribute
to holistic development.
