G. System Depressurisation Checklist

Complete the following instructions sequentially to ensure depressurisation and draining of the entire Test system.

Inform APO rep that testing is complete and the system is ready for depressurisation.
1 Open vent valve slowly on injection manifold until pressure drops
below vessel design pressure.
Do not open the drain valve if the high point vent is closed.
(this is to avoid vacuum effect inside the vessel)

2 Open vent valve slowly on instrument manifold, Leave this valve open
fully open during draining operations.

3 Open drain valve on injection manifold, Drain water to the open drain.

4 When vessel is empty break off low point flanges, and remove free
water.

or guarantee for the component or system tested and Hydratight shall have no further responsibility for the system from the
