EVIDENCE FORMAT FOR IMPLEMENATION OF QUALITY POLICY


IN HR DEPARTMENT

Objective: Each word of the Quality Policy is to be measured by all in their respective
Departments. Like-wise, HR Division also is to evidence the implementation of Quality
Policy in the Department. Then only there is a sanctity in mentioning the QP in the
organisation.

For example, if you spell “Customer Satisfaction” in your QP, then HR must derive
“Who are their Customers” and “What is the benchmark for Satisfaction”. Who are all
taking/availing/buying products or service are called customers. For HR, they are
supplying Service to all other Departments. Hence all Department Personnels are
customers to HR Department. Benchmark for Satisfaction is “Suppose, there is no
complaint against HR Division, in service, data supply, recruitment, man-power supply,
then that is the benchmark for Satisfaction. In this manner each word of the Quality
Policy is to be interpreted and coincided with HR Practices.
Data can be accumulated/shown at the time of QC Audit on Quality Policy Practices in
HR Division.

In the Record, you write the each word of the Qualiy Policy and collect data against each
word.

For example, in one Company’s Quality Policy, the following words are found:

Customer Satisfaction
Values
Corporate Culture
Zero Compromise
Continuous Improvement
Total Involvement

Against each word, collect the data and match it with the satisfaction of Quality Policy.
Quality Policy Data Collected Evidences (example)
Customer Satisfaction On time Man-power Supply as per Schedule
Salary paid with no error

Corporate Culture Personal meeting Transparency in communication


Followed by intra-depatmental

Continuous Improvement System Introduced Paper Work nullified


The above-type of Formats can be prepared periodically and submitted to the
Management or Quality Auditors.
