At 09:30 hrs, while S/O Muhammad Affan was conducting concierge duties at LAHC
Northcott, observed police officers were onsite and they went to unit 729 where “Daniel
Benjamin Blake” resides.

Police officers were here for a welfare check as the tenant was not seen in the last two
weeks and neighbours also complained about bad smell.

Detectives were also onsite.

At 13:15 hrs, coroners were onsite and they took the dead body with them.

At 13:45 hrs, police officers and coroners were offsite.
