Subject: Offence of Commercial activity in residential area by causing

nuisances on public road specifically in and aroud SK- 39(Shastri Nagar, Near
Diamond palace) under section 26 of THE UTTAR PRADESH URBAN PLANNING
AND DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1973
Sir,
As a concerned resident/citizen of Ghaziabad, I would like to draw your kind
attention towards the immense increase in the commercial activity in a
residential zone of shastri Nagar K block Ghaziabad opposite diamond palace.
It is pertinent to state that the specific houses of SK 39 and 40 facing the
service road which is being completely used for commercial activity causing
every day nuisance to the local residents and common users of that road.
There are around 4(four) shops opened of Tyre puncture, a welding shop, a
barber shop, dtdc outlet and other shops and warehouses opening too which I
am sure of no permission would have been taken from the authorities.
Moreover, there are many food stalls function where local goons assemble and
create everyday nuisance with local resident living in the vicinity.
The trucks and Cars can be witnessed standing on the pavements permenantly
and even often on the main road.
It’s my humble request to you to Please take appropriate action under the
provisions of THE UTTAR PRADESH URBAN PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
ACT, 1973 and any other acts in force to make smooth use of the road by the
locals as well as common people using that road.
