Target Audience
We’ll focus on kindergarten kids, primarily school students and family as well as
cookieholic of any age. Although we do not target adult directly, half of adults aged 18 – 24 binges
on sweets, snack a lot and buy the cookies they like the best rather than the healthiest choice.
This makes this segment an ideal target market for cookies. Consumers do not count
healthfulness as a major consideration when choosing cookies.
Marketing Strategy
Since the business is currently on start-up phase, we’ll cut rent costs by doing all the
operations at home. We will set up a page online, specifically on Instagram and Facebook. Menus
and all business-related information will be posted and updated here. We’re planning also to
create promos through like and shares as well as invitations to boost the recognition of our pages.
Pictures of satisfied customer will be uploaded too. (Explanation ko to summarized ilagay mo sa

TEST
To provide a valid test for the final cookies, we gathered feedbacks from various
customers and here are some of them:
IMPLEMENTATION
Considering the total cost for the production of the final cookies, here is our projected
implementation for the final prototype (cookies). Total product produced was 36 cookies which
means 12 packs can be sold since cookies will be sold by 3’s.
