Drying Process

1. Take the plain mats for Stenciling process

2. After Stenciling spraying stack the mats in a pallet

3. Spread the mats on natural light for 5 to 6 hours

4. After checking the moisture below 16% then stack the mats in pallet

5. After completed the Drying process send the mats to Stenciling inspection area

1. ஸ்டென்சிலிங் செயல்முறைக்கு எளிய பாய்களை எடுத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்

2. ஸ்டென்சில் தெளித்த பிறகு பாய்களை ஒரு தட்டில் அடுக்கி வைக்கவும்

3. பாய்களை 5 முதல் 6 மணி நேரம் இயற்கை ஒளியில் பரப்பவும்

4. ஈரப்பதத்தை 16% க்குக் கீழே சரிபார்தத

் பிறகு பாய்களை பாலாட்டில் அடுக்கவும்

5. உலர்த்தும் செயல்முறை முடிந்ததும் பாய்களை ஸ்டென்சிலிங் ஆய்வு பகுதிக்கு அனுப்பவும்.
