 Describe the elements of an opera by watching; and
 Show understanding on components of an opera

II. SUBJECT-MATTER:
Topic: VOCAL MUSIC OF THE ROMANTIC PERIOD
Reference: Learner’s Module pages 112-116
Materials: LCD Projector, Video Clip, Laptop, Speaker, etc.

III. PROCEDURE:

B. Review:
Associate the following pictures to the type of instrumental music of the Romantic period
they belong to:

C. Motivation:
Directions: Locate and circle the word related to vocal music of the Romantic period
inside the box. The word/s may be arranged horizontally and vertically. Match the words

 Watch and compare the two vocal works by listening to the given link
