significantly in recording an outstanding company performance in the year 2019-20.

We are pleased to share an evaluation of your performance for the year 2019-20, which has
been derived basis constant reviews on your contribution towards achieving the desired
organizational goals.

Your performance during the year 2019-20 has been rated as ‘Outstanding’ and you are
upgraded as Associate Officer - Utilities in the S5 Grade.

Accordingly, your total compensation has been raised by Rs. 79949/- per annum, which
includes a salary correction of Rs.36000/-. with this, your total compensation now amounts to
Rs.542568/- per annum w.e.f. 1st April 2020. For your reference the detailed revised salary
break-up is given in Annexure-I as an attachment.

You are also, eligible for Variable Pay for the year 2019-20 based on the BU, SBU and your
Individual performance. Accordingly, you will be paid Variable Pay Amount of Rs.40471/- as per
approved Variable Pay Plan.

transforming more rapidly than ever before. Therefore, it is of paramount importance for all of
