SUBJECT: DESIGNATION OF REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS TEAM

In the interest of the service and in order to have a responsive team to provide timely
and relevant information to DAR’s different publics through Publication of In-House
Paper, Publication of Advertorials, Management of Official Social Media Account, Tri-
Media Campaign, and Production and Distribution of IEC Materials, a Regional
Communications Team is hereby created and constituted as follows:

Under this Order, the above-mentioned personnel shall perform their duties and
responsibilities specified as follow:

1. Serve as coordinator for their sector and ensure the consolidation of reports
pertaining the activities that they have accomplished;
2. Provide information and documentation to the I & E Section for packaging of
press release;
3. Promote programs and activities on information dissemination (i.e. Radyo
Agraryo Program) in their respective sectors;
4. Perform such other relevant duties as assigned from time to time to further
DARRO VI Communication Objectives.

This order takes effect immediately and amends or repeals all inconsistent issuances.
