Material Handling System

a) Check hydraulic oil level. Top up if necessary.
b) Check pipes, hoses and joints.
c) Check tilting and lifting operation.
d) Check for leakage.
e) Check condition of lifting chain.
f) Lubricate lifting chain.
g) Check condition of mast guides and rollers.
i) Check counterweight bolt for looseness.
h) Check condition of lifting forks.

Electrical System Wheels

a) Check electrolyte level. Top up if necessary. a) Check tires condition and wear.
b) Check function of horn and lighting. b) Check wheel nut for looseness.
c) Check function of neutral switch. c) Check rim for visible damage.
d) Check function of starter and alternator.

Instrumentation & control

a) Check functions of hour meter assy, oil warning lamp, charging light and water temperature indicator.
b) Check and adjust linkages, parking brake and foot brake.
c) Check brake oil level. Top up if necessary.
