5. Column GA drawing in our scope of supply.

6. All materials offered are according to accepted industry practice. We shall
procure the material from the open market. Kindly note we have not
considered special requirement like NACE, IGC, HIC, etc.

Exclusion for Column with Packing: -

1. Process Performance/Purity Guarantee/ Hydraulics Guarantee.
2. Any Hardware supply that are welded to column wall such as support rings,
cleats, beam, Ring channel to welded to shell to install Lamella liquid collector
etc.
3. Degreasing of packing.
4. Any specifications, calculations or drawings for parts which are not especially
mentioned.
5. Erection of all Equipment’s any of the Site activity.
6. Commissioning of the system.
7. Cost of third party inspectors, special certificates and tests such as Positive
Material Alloy Identification, Non-Destructive Testing, radiography etc.
8. Any hardware / equipment / instrument not mentioned in the above equipment
list
9. Structural engineering and building of structure /supply of structural material
10. Pumps /valves / insulation material and insulation work.
11. Electrical work, instrumentation, piping, valves, insulation, cladding and
centrifugal pumps etc.
12. All utility equipment (like boiler, chilling unit, compressor, fuel storage and
handling system whichever required) with all piping work.
13. Cooling tower and required piping of the plant.
14. IBR line will be in your scope.

In short, all the parts and services which are not especially mentioned in this
tender is excluded from our scope of supply.

Price Basis for Supply:

The above price is EXW – Pune, unpacked and exclusive of other charges as
mentioned below.:

Packing & Forwarding – 3% Extra for wooden crate type box packing

GST @ 18% on basic order value

Freight: Extra as applicable in client scope.

Transit insurance: Extra as applicable in client scope.

TPI Charges: Extra as applicable in client scope.

Any other governmental levies applicable at the time of supply (Extra at actual
to Clients Account).

Terms of Payments:

40% advance along with Techno-Commercial Clear Purchase Order

60% against Proforma invoice prior to dispatch.

Delivery Time:
About 4-5 weeks from the date of receipt of technically and commercially complete
firm purchase order along with advance. The delivery schedule is subject to approval
of drawings within 1 week from submission date.

Storage Charges:
S-Cube will intimate the client about readiness of goods well in advance so that
client can make necessary planning and arrange payment to takes the delivery of
Goods as per schedule specified in the PO. In case CUSTOMER fails to do so
within 10 days of Scheduled delivery period as per PO, the storages
charges will be applicable and shall be informed by S-Cube to client
as per crated volume.

Price Validity:
S Cube provide you most competitive prices, but due to speculation
over raw material prices. Therefore, we have limited the validity of the
offer to 15 days. At the end of this period, we will review the prices
and advise you accordingly.
