8. Walking
I usually take a walk in the park near my house after school time with my friend because I feel relaxed
and less exhausted to walk with them.
In my opinion, in the future, I think people will walk less. At that time, people will increasingly
inventing modern devices which help people have better health without having to walk to stay
healthy.
To be honest, I used to walk more in the past. When I was 16 years old, my health was not good. Then
my friend advised me walking. So, I took up walking 6 months ago and thanks to this activity, my
health is better and better.
Yes, I do because walking to see the view of city at night is my hobby in my free times. Walking is a
good habit, it brings me a good health and gives me a good shape. Besides, I feel relaxed when walking
after tiring study time in my high school.
