    Salt watre line leaking just over battery charger for forklift
    Wall in sack room including floor very dirty need to be clean
    All stainless steel piping corroding need to clean + paint
    liquid chemical skid mixing not in use, if not in use send to town for storage
    Caustic mixing unit corroding need to clean and paint
    Flexible joint from portable hopper to hopper below surge tank damage
    Both suction + discharge fan ducting dirty need to clean
    Auto sack mixer not in use , corroding need to remove first in use or cover
    All safety sign must be mounted properly and not be blocked
    Shaft missing fromhandle to valve on fire line sack room
    Drain under eyewash station plugged
    handset for phone in sack room broken
    Appears steel hamer used to clear line + surge tank provide rubber hammer
    Shaft from valve from main deck to preload tank disconnected
