Answer the following item (1 items x 5 points)

1. Allan, an illegal settler, has been living in his house for 10 years. One sunny day, Alvin, a
millionaire, chanced upon the neighborhood where Allan lives and instantly thought that the
place is commercially profitable. Alvin offered to buy Allan's property for a hefty price but Allan
refused. Gun-carrying goons accompanied him when he returned to Allan. This time, Allan could
not do anything but to sign the contract of sale. If Allan went to you for help as his friend, what
would you advise him? Provide a complete answer.

Answer:
In this situation, Allan and Alvin are both illegal owners, or the agreement does not exist
even if Allan forced Allan to sign a sales agreement, because when signing an agreement, the
owner must submit a property title to the buyer to ensure that the land was legally owned,
whether or not the person wants to buy a property or land. However, since Allan was forced to
sign documents by Alvin, I can advise Allan only as a friend to file a case of bullying or violence
against Alvin, but Allan cannot file an action regarding the ownership of the land, since, first, he
is an illegal settler, which means that he cannot also sell the grounds or property to anybody.
Only if Alvin buys it to the real owner can he possess the land directly.
