SPEAKING PART 1 - GOING ON HOLIDAY ABROAD HAS

MANY BENEFITS. SUGGEST SOME BENEFITS OF HOLIDAYING

ABROAD.
A. IMPROVES OUR HEALTH
B. WIDENS OUR KNOWLEDGE
C. STRENGTHENS RELATIONSHIPS
D. MAKES US FEEL HAPPIER

A) Good morning examiner and dear friends.

There’s ample research to suggest that travelling is highly beneficial for our
physical, mental and emotional health as well.

My first point is travelling abroad for holidays helps improve our health. Generally,
the group that travels a lot are mostly senior citizens and adults who have recently
retired from work. For example, elderly couples who plan to visit The Great Wall of
China or to spiritual destinations would normally get very excited and prepare early
to improve their energy level as they are well aware that they would need to
consume extensive energy. So this healthy vibration would indirectly improve their
health as well.

Secondly, travelling abroad would instantly motivate us to take better care of

our health. For example, when people plan to holiday in cold climate countries like
Japan, France, or UK, they would take extra care of their diet to boost their immunity
level. The idea of holidaying abroad would certainly spark enthusiasm among
travelers to maintain or improve their physical health. Hence, they would go the
extra miles to care of their own health independently.

My 3rd point is, travelling abroad has proven to improve illnesses and keep
depression at bay. For example, booking a stay at a fresh farm and dining at
romantic travel destinations in would help to rejuvenate the emotional well being of
people with depression and anxiety.

Finally, I would agree that packing the bag and travelling abroad offers
immeasurable health benefits as the experience improves people’s health, motivates
them to take better care of themselves and alleviates depression.
