LIFESTYLE – Lifestyle is a way of living that defines a person’s habits and attitude that is
something related to one’s health and to one’s well-being.
Process Question
What aspects of your lifestyle do you think you should be most attentive to? Why do you think
so?
I should be most attentive to my physical health because it is the source of how I respond to my
everyday life. Physical health tends to be one of the barriers that I have to face everyday but at
the same time, I should be paying more attention to because my healthy and happy lifestyle also
depends on it. It must be on our priority lists as it brings the consequences and our regrets in the
near future that can only give a short-lived happiness on us if we don’t.

Wellness is simply that act of taking care of one’s health and holistic being. A person’s lifestyle
and proper weight management has something to do with his well-being as a whole. Because if
we have a healthy lifestyle and you observe a proper weight management, we can achieve
wellness.

Physical health is the aspect of my lifestyle that I should be most attentive to, as it reflects on
how well I manage my healthy life. And having a healthy life is the key to a happy life.
