As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is

very important to the well-being off an individual. I think the working environment
and promotion career opportunity are the key to job satisfaction. However, that
satisfaction with jobs remains a distant dream for most of employers.
To begin with, job satisfaction depends on several reasons, like wages and salaries,
working environment and promotion chances for example. Firstly, salaries play an
important role in affecting job satisfaction. In simple, money helps employees with
their basic needs. Besides, higher salaries reflect higher contribution to the
company. Secondly, the working environment also plays a pivotal role in
influencing job contentment. It means employees need an atmosphere which is safe
and healthy. Last but not least, the potential for career enhancement is another
factor in a delightful career. This is because employees think promotion is the
ultimate achievement and when they get that, they feel absolutely satisfied.
However, it is impossible for all employees to be completely satisfied with their
job. In fact, a high-salary job exerts an enormous amount of work and a huge
amount of work. They have a lot of problem such as long hours, bad relationship
with boss and colleagues. An employee who come under pressure to work longer
hours will not be satisfied with the profession, whereas a flexible job that
entertains executive passion likely has low salaries.
In conclusion, salaries, good working environment and promotional working
chance are the major sources of job satisfaction but human traits are actually a
great hindrance to working delight and job satisfaction for all is impossible
