MDT INTRODUCTION TUTORIAL

The Community Volunteer Fire Department has implemented an MDT system that
can be accessed by any member who is qualified to obtain a permission key. Below
will be a step-by-step tutorial for setting up SonoranCAD.

1. Setting up an account with SonoranCAD

2. Registration of Community Information

● Community ID: WRDR4D9
● Community Name: zone-alpha-communityvfd
● Permission ID: user_member901

3. Setting Up Unit Identifier

● Unit Number must represent your assigned seat on the apparatus
● Name must represent your Roblox username
● Rank must present your rank within Community VFD
● Status must always be set to Unavailable
● Agency must be set to Community VFD
● Departments must be set to users the assigned station
● Location, AOP, and Subdivisions should always be an empty field

4. Rules Within MDT Usage
● Apparatus OIC will be the only personnel responsible for updating the
status their apparatus and call notes
● Line Officers may self-dispatch calls if needed
● Only Line Officers may change a user’s identifier
● Users that do not comply with stated usage rules will be handled
accordingly per decision of the Assistant Fire Chief
