Methodology
This chapter explains the research design, locale of the study, the respondents of
the study, the instruments used, the data gathering techniques, the general procedure
for the study and the statistical treatment made by the researchers who aims to know
the impact of the “NO SMARTPHONE POLICY” to the junior highschool students of
Research Design
The Research and Development (R and D) design was used in this study .
It
Marist Brothers of the Schools (FMS) which offers complete elementary and secondary
education.
The IBED is composed of three campuses which offers basic education: NDDU-
IBED Lagao Campus for the high school, NDDU-IBED Main Campus for the elementary
and NDDU-IBED Espina Campus for the extension school. The Three departments are
statement and institutional objectives hopes to prodeuce pupils who possess the basic
knowledge of their faith and are able to live their faith, appreciate their identity as a
Filipinos, recognize the role of the Blessed Mother in their lives, practice the spirit of
their uniwueness, and acquire basic knowledge, skills and attitueds which are
Lagao. There are 3 sections who have 10 students to answer and 4 sections that have
11 students that receives the questionares. The 74 grade 8 students who will answer
the questionares , came from the total population of 280 students in grade 8 , the
researchers used to determine the number of students that will answer the questionare
