• When removing the cover C, loosen the screws
of cover F and slide the cover F to the left.

• Do NOT open the toner supply unit fully. (The
exterior may get damaged.)

6. Install the bypass assembly. 7. Connect the connector.
(1) Set the bypass assembly to 3 grooves of the
main body and install it.

8. Remove the ADU cover. (4 screws)

(2) Set the plastic materials to the grooves.

9. Remove the ADU handle. (1 E-ring)

(3) Fix the bypass assembly with screws. ADU handle

10.Remove the materials.(screws: 3 in front, 2 in 12. Install the paper feed assembly. (4 screws: 2 in

(Removed materials are not used.) Note:
Be sure to use the screws which have been
removed from the materials.

11. Set the paper feed assembly.


Note:
Insert 2 shafts, and then set the assembly in the
arrow-marked direction.

13. Install the gear.


(1) Remove 1 screw shown in the picture. Slide
the materials to set the gear smoothly.

(2) Set the gear and fix it with the C-clip/2.

(3) Reinstall the screw which has been removed in


step (1).

15. Install the clutch.

(1) Set the clutch to the shaft while aligning it to

17. Disconnect the relay wiring harness and connect

18. Reinstall the ADU handle.


Note:
Be sure to use the bundled E-ring.

19. Reinstall the ADU cover.
20. Set the ADU.
21. Close the toner supply unit, and tighten the toner
supply unit lock screws.(2 screws)

22. Close the front door of the machine.
23. Reinstall the exterior covers G to A in this order.
(The exterior cover /F is not used.)

III.DIPSW Setting VI.Centering Adjustment
Step Step
