given on the conduct of feasibility study, the researchers were the partners. They made the decision
final; share their experiences and took the risk in making investments on this business. However, the
help of the other people was considered to self-growth and development. Finally, the decision came
into reality after a week from July 06 to July 12, 2020.
Maryhill College, Inc. 4
PRODUCT CONCEPTUALIZATION
The researchers came up with the idea of making the existence of El Dulces Puffstillas in the
market. It is sweet, made up of milk products that can boost individual brain power and alertness.
This decision making took 2 weeks from July 13 to July 26, 2020.

the existing business environment with regards to development goals. A goal to overcome
opportunities and the willingness of the partners was needed to support the proposed system.
Implementing innovation toEl Dulces Puffstillas was one of the factors that seen as stepping stone to
success. The researchers were planning to produce and develop new variants of pastillas to meet the
existing cravings of consumers. In the long run the researchers/partnerships wanted to grow the
business and branch out in the market to spread the name of a new variation of flavored pastillas. It
took 2 weeks from August 03 to August 16, 2020.
Chapter II
MARKET FEASIBILITY
Market feasibility determines the depth and condition of a particular real estate market and its
ability to support its particular development. It determines whether a product or service can sustain
specific market or not.
BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
El Dulces Puffstillas is a partnership type of business. The researchers acted as a team and
used knowledge to gain more ideas to innovate business. The researchers looked forward with the
success that El Dulces ’Puffstillas would bring. The business wanted to provide good service towards
customers, giving efforts to meet customer satisfaction and deliver them the health benefits that are
present from El Dulces Puffstillas.
Introduction – El Dulces Puffstillas was officially launched in the market. For the first and
second week of selling the product the profits generated are considerably high.
Growth Stage – From the previous weeks of selling JM² O’Puffstillas, the relationship of the
business to its customers strengthens. The customer from day 1 still supported El Dulces Puffstillas
by continuously purchasing the product On the third week of selling, the sales decreased due to a
health related situation.
Maturity – El Dulces Puffstillas sales started increase again. On the fourth up to the sixth
week of selling the sales back to its high peak. The number of consumers had increase and they kept
on looking for the available product of El Dulces Puffstillas.
Decline - Due to the high demands of customers, El Dulces Puffstillas was far from stoppage.
El Dulces Puffstillas continued its operation because it has high potential in the market.
BUSINESS ANALYSIS
It is a part of all businesses big or small, to always face a problem. Though there are a large
number of ventures that offers the same variant of products, El Dulces Puffstillas was also considered
competitive even if the available flavors were few. , so the researchers, the manufacturers and
manpower of the business waited for the stock of the certain product to be available. This affects the
business because it causes a delay, also a delay in earning profit. At first, accepting of orders are only
Maryhill College, Inc. 9
three days a week, but due to high demands El Dulces uffstillas changed it and make it five days a
week. However, through the effort of the team with only three available manpower, El Dulces
’Puffstillas smoothly continued its operation.
MAJOR COMPETITORS
PASTILLAS DE ABASTILLAS
Pastillas de Abastillas is considered as the first major competitor of El Dulces Puffstillas in
online selling
Robi’s Pasillas is a second competitor located in Lucena City. They offered two flavors of
pastillas original and chocolate. Amounting to ₱ 45.00 per tub.
Maryhill College, Inc. 10
LA PASTILLAS
La Pastillas is considered the last competitor offering two variations of pastillas, Ube Langka
and assorted. This cost ₱ 150.00 per box located at Lucena City.
SWOT ANALYSIS
A SWOT analysis is a strategic planning technique that provides assessment tools. It is the
compilation of the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The primary objective
of a SWOT analysis is to help organizations develop a full awareness of all the factors involved in
making a business decision.

Maryhill College, Inc. 11
POPULATION GROWTH
Population growth is determined by the combination of mortality, fertility, and migration, so
all three processes must be measured if we are to understand what kind of demographic change is
occurring in a given region (Weeks, 2005).
Population growth is one of the key factors to determine business location strategies; since
the location is Padre Burgos, Pagbilao and Lucena City all from Quezon Province, researchers have a
higher target and potential buyers for El Dulces Puffstillas. A greater population means greater
demand but it also means greater supply. Also, as the population increases competitors are more
aggressive in developing their products.
INCOME CHANGES
The income effect may have positive or negative consequences on a small business,
depending on many factors. The income effect relates to how a consumer spends money based on an
Maryhill College, Inc. 13
increase or decrease in his income. An increase in income results in demanding more services and
goods, thus spending more money. A decrease in income results in the exact opposite. In general,
when incomes are lower, less spending occurs, and businesses are hurt by the effect (Investopedia,
2018).
El Dulces Puffstillas is a very affordable product. When income has increased possibly El
Dulces Puffstillas may not be the best choice but, it is an opportunity if the income has decreased
because this product is very affordable yet delicious. In addition, the substitute effect will rise. Instead
of purchasing something expensive, consumers might choose El Dulces Puffstillas because some
customer prefers lower-priced items.
MARKET POTENTIAL
Market potential is the entire size of the market for a product at a specific time. It represents
the upper limits of the market for a product. Market potential is usually measured either by sales
value or sales volume (Grimsley, 2013).
El Dulces ’Puffstillas has the market potential because of its uniqueness. It has this unique
taste; it’s just simple but not that ordinary pastillas. There is a filling that really compliments with the
pastillas. That’s the reason why this product is a pastillas with a twist.
PRODUCT
El Dulces Puffstillas can compete in the market. The traditional pastillas has evolved to
flavored pastillas. From plain flavor, researchers decided to innovate and add flavors on it. Aside
from that, the shape is also innovated from classic to circle. The reason why El Dulces Puffstillas
Maryhill College, Inc. 14
was shaped as round because circle represent totality and wholeness. Believing that El Dulces
Puffstillas reached its original perfection which in no time can be known in the market. Focusing not
only with innovation but also making sure that El Dulces Puffstillas is very affordable that many
customers can consume it.

service to customers. Think materials, labor, transportation, where your business will be located, and
the technology that will be necessary to bring all this together. It’s the logistical or tactical plan of
how your business will produce, store, deliver, and track its products or services (Wolfe, 2019)
PRODUCTION PROCESS
The process in making this product is easy as follows:

PRODUCTION PROCESS
ACCESS TO MARKET

all the raw materials and tools used in processing pastillas were accessible. On the other hand, in that
area, there is a large number of potential buyers.

A logo is much more than just an image. It is a point of recognition for clients and an
important foundation for the branding of a business.
The researchers created a simple yet elegant design of a logo. With its simple design, it would
be easy for the customers to recognize El Dulces Puffstillas. The details of the logo like the circles are
colored with brown, green and yellow which represented the product and its flavors.
Circles are round and soft. It is different than most other shapes. Choosing circle as a logo it
symbolizes continuity. Continues growth would lead to success. There is also a mini rectangular
shape in each side of the logo design which represented rest. Heading towards success is tiring and
challenging so rest is important to comeback stronger for the business goal.
CHAPTER IV
ORGANIZATION FEASIBILITY
Organizational feasibility is defined as legal and corporate structure of a business. An
organizational feasibility study may also include professional background information about the
founders and principals of the business and what skills they can contribute to the business. The
organizational feasibility study should include: description of business structure, organizational
structure, internal and external principles and practices of the business and professional skills and
resumes.
BUSINESS STRUCTURE
In the article “Start your own business, fifth edition”, partnerships come in two varieties:
general partnerships and limited partnerships. In a general partnership, the partners manage the
company and assume responsibility for the partnership's debts and other obligations. A limited
partnership has both general and limited partners. The general partners own and operate the business
and assume liability for the partnership, while the limited partners serve as investors only; they have
no control over the company and are not subject to the same liabilities as the general partners.
Maryhill College, Inc. 29
Advantage of partnership:
Fairly easy to set up and maintain over time.
Partners can pool their resources to fund the company’s start-up.
Partners can share the workload and the rewards of the business’s success.
Being able to offer key employees the potential to one day become a partner in the business
can be a big carrot that encourages them to stay long-term.
Tax advantages. The profits of a partnership pass through to its owners, who report their
share on their individual tax returns. Therefore, the profits are only taxed once (at the
personal level of its owners) rather than twice, as is the case with corporations, which are
taxed at the corporate level and then again at the personal level when dividends are
distributed to the shareholders.
AVAILABILITY OF MANPOWER
El Dulces Puffstillas has just started, the researchers acting as the capitalist and industrialist.
Just the three of them is the available manpower, they cannot afford to hire employee/s, but the

capable of creating El Dulces Puffstillas. They can have sustained and provided the needs of their
valued customers. Giving physical effort to meet customer satisfaction and knowing their feed backs
helped to grow them, and developed El Dulces Puffstillas.
