Stefan Lemper
VENTURE CAPITAL INVESTOR, MASCHMEYER GROUP

Stefan Lemper is a longtime venture capital investor, entrepreneur and corporate executive.
He invests with a special focus on insurance and fintech related startups for the family office
of a well-known entrepreneur. In that role he also supports one of the largest German
insurance groups to identify and execute international corporate venture investments.
Previously he created and ran programs for corporates to embed startup cooperations,
corporate venture capital investments and M&A in their digitalization strategy. Before he
was managing director of an international online startup and partner of a venture capital
fund, where he invested in various tech startups for many years. He started his career in
consulting after studying business administration.

Clarisse is a VC Analyst at NewAlpha’s Venture Capital fund, an early-stage fund investing

in FinTech & InsurTech startups across Europe. Prior to joining NewAlpha, Clarisse worked
in the Deal Advisory department of KPMG in Paris, within the Transaction Services team.
Prior to that, she worked at PwC in audit in Bucharest and in venture capital at Truffle
Capital in Tokyo

Philipp Werner

Philipp is passionate about FinTech, LegalTech & B2B SaaS solutions. He is actively
investing for VR Ventures and for two of Redstone’s sector-agnostic ‘VC-as-a-Service’
clients. After organising the IdeaLab, a major startup conference at his university WHU, and
being operational in a startup, he decided to join Redstone to support ventures to grow to the
