MIN01/10.10.2021: OPENING OF THE MEETING
The meeting was opened with a word of prayer from SELINA AMOJONG and the chairperson welcomed
each and every one to the meeting.
MIN02/10.09.2021: ACCOUNT OPENING
The chairperson called upon al and suggested an account opening to hold and facilitate group finances
since the group cannot run its activities without financial stability and accountability. All members agreed
to open the account with CO-OPERATIVE, Lodwar Branch.
MIN03/10.010.2021: CONTRIBUTION
Members agreed to contribute ksh.500 each to facilitate the smooth running of the group in terms of
account opening and group certificate subscription.
MIN 04/10.10.2021: GROUP SIGNATORIES
Members agreed that the appointed officials will be the signatories of the account. All the signatories
should be present in any transactions involved for the group;
