TSUBAKI NAB APROVATOR is a bucket conveyor, that conveys materials
complicated to handle on horizontal + vertical + horizontal layouts.

Features
1. Since the materials are conveyed intact in buckets,
this conveyor is suitable for handling abrasive and
lumpy materials.
2. Leakage of powdery materials between buckets is
minimized by advantage of unique overlap structure.
3. Sprocket-turn at the upper and lower corners of the
conveyor allows for improved wear resistance and
reduced operation noise.
4. Due to dust-tight and rainproof structure, dust from
materials is confined within the casings.

HANDLING

TSUBAKI BFV FLIGHTVEYOR handles high abrasive materials, such as

ash and silica sand. This conveyor is very effective in handling abrasive
materials, as it has both functions of a flight conveyor and a bucket elevator.

Features
1. In order to protect the bottom plate of the casing from wear,
this flightveyor let the conveying materials accumulate on the
bottom of the casing at a certain thickness.
As the conveying materials do not scratch the bottom of the
casing, the wear life of the casing becomes longer.
The buckets equip the special attachment in order to avoid
accretionary growth of the conveying materials.
2. Conveyor chain runs on the chain guide rail without being Conveying mechanism in Horizontal casing
buried in the conveying material at horizontal section.
The function of bucket elevator is applied to vertical section, Cover

and that of sprocket-turn is applied at the concentrated loading

area at the upper and lower corners. Therefore, the necessary
energy (motor kW) is minimized.
3. Buckets are transported horizontally and vertically. The structure Bottom plate
of BFV Flightveyor allows to convey the same amount of the Horizontal casing Cross-section
material in the buckets in both horizontal and vertical casings
at the same efficiency. Therefore, material leakage hardly exist
at the corner sections.
4. The layout can be flexibly designed. Inlets and outlets can be
located wherever on the horizontal casings.

TSUBAKI MFV FLIGHTVEYOR is suitable for sludge-like materials

like sewage. Horizontal + Vertical + Horizontal layout is covered by
one unit conveyor, and the discharge performance is also very good.

Features
1. Corrosion proof and stainless steel type
2. With the aim of avoiding wear, the sprocket-turn system
is applied at the upper and the lower corners
3. Bearing units are independent from the casing, and the
shaft-piercing areas are completely sealed with grand
packing. That protects the bearings from the liquid
penetration that comes from the conveying materials.
4. The unique device (scraper) installed to the head casing
scrapes off adhesive materials from the flights, that
provides the good discharge performance
5. It is possible to partly repair the casings due to their
bolted structure.

TSUBAKI CIRCLE FEEDER
TSUBAKI CIRCLE FEEDER solves various kinds of problems with
powdery & glanular materials.
Structure and principles of the discharge system
● Circle Feeder is to be attached to the bottome of a hopper or silo
● On the bottom panel of the Circle Feeder, thin flat vanes rotate
● The vanes spread out and move the powdery materials to
periphery of the cylinder
● At the peripheral, powdery materials are introduced to the
exhaust port by peripheral vanes and are discharged
