Task 1

Think about the evaluation you have just completed and make notes on the questions below.

1. Was it summative or formative?

2. Did the feedback provide the tutor with information on reactions, learning, behaviour
or results?
3. Can the tutor and course providers use the information in the survey to (a) modify
your present course or (b) to modify the course for future CPs?
4. Using sentence stems as well as the table (a) tells the tutor more about each unit or (b)
uses an open answer format to provide the tutor with unexpected information.
