Reflection from the LAC Session:

This session has shown and taught us how facilitating skills are effective in
accomplishing task/s at a time – if it is intentionally initiated with specific purpose and
structured work force in the department all will be done accordingly; improvement of WLP,
IWAR’s accountability, colleague support for accomplishing the tasks learned in remediation
program, participatory decision making, leadership empowerment, and involvement in the
department’s welfare.

These aspects are significant and have led us to consider exchange of new ideas for
professional development as necessary. However, for this to happen, we need to have
program that will suit learners’ need, time and new resources to develop professional
growth.
