Anticipated problems

 should be written from the students’ perspective


 should focus on specific areas of meaning, form, and pronunciation of the target
language. It is not useful to write: ‘Students might have problems with the
pronunciation of the past continuous’, for example
 should cover all areas of meaning, form, pronunciation and, where necessary,
appropriacy
 should cover all four areas separately
 should address the target language, not other parts of the example
sentence(s).
