the participants from both departments.

AKNOWLEGEMENT – MS. DELOS REYES

PRESENTATION OF TEACHERS
ALELI: Thank you very much Ma’am Shirley. Someone once said “A teacher’s purpose is not
to create students in his own image, but to develop students who can create their own images.”
To entertain us with an intermission number, let’s give the floor to Mr. Elmer A. Amabao, for a
special song rendition.

INTERMISSION NUMBER – MR. AMABAO

JM: Thank you Sir for that superb performance. According to our study, “teaching is a noble
profession which comes with so much responsibility and duty towards students.” A midst of this
global pandemic. We still believe that we teachers do not only teach and impart knowledge but
inspire and motivate students for life and take important steps in life to survive. At this point,
Ladies and gentlemen! let’s welcome the student-centered and empowered BEIS coordinator of
SHS department, Ms. Norhanna E. Salipada for the presentation of the RATIONALE OF THIS
ACTIVITY. A hand please!

RATIONALE OF THE ACTIVITY- MS. SALIPADA

ALELI: Thank you very much Madam Norhanna for the knowledge you have shared this
morning.
“A teacher plants the seeds of knowledge, sprinkles them with love and patiently nurtures their
growth to produce tomorrow’s dreams.” To inspire us more in our profession, let us welcome our
compassionate and young at heart SCHOOL HEAD, Mr. Larry M. Marquez and to be followed
right after his special song number. A round of applause please!

INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE – LARRY M. MARQUEZ

INTERMISSION NUMBER - LARRY M. MARQUEZ

JM: Indeed, your inspiring message sir would instill to our minds and hearts. I am very sure that
the guiding principle you have taught to us is beneficial as we venture in this noble profession
despite of global crisis. Before moving forward, lets be reminded of what William Arthur Ward
said, “The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates.
The great teacher inspires.” Making headway, we are grateful to have with us today the team
leaders who surely gave their best to contribute for the good of our school. At this moment, they
will be the one to deliver the response on behalf of the teachers. Starting with, the innovative
Officer-In-Charge of MAIHS-Taguisian Extension, Mr. Dennis T. Gutierrez for the JHS
department and to be followed by a kind at heart SHS Coordinator, Ms. Sharon Gay Dinglasa for
the SHS department.

RESPONSES OF MR. GUITEREZ & MS. DINGLASA

ALELI: It is indeed a remarkable message coming from our colleagues. Our commitment and
determination as a teacher contribute into a productive and a learner-centered Mabuhay Agro-
Industrial High School. Kudos! Sir Dennis and Ma’am Sharon for a job well done. Let’s be
inspired of what Newton Baker said and I quote, “A schoolmaster should have an atmosphere of
awe, and walk wonderingly, as if he was amazed at being himself.” At this juncture, we will be
witnessing messages from our dear learners, supportive parents, former colleagues, stakeholders
and of course from our love ones. Let’s watch this with smile and excitement.

MESSAGES FROM LEARNERS, PARENTS, & STAKEHOLDERS

JM: What a touching presentation! This is impossible without the support of our In-House
Officer-In-Charge, Ma’am Shirley and its STAFF and of course to the proud Adviser of Student
Supreme Government, Ma’am Weng and yours truly po na kasabwat sa plano. On the other side,
this celebration would not be completed without showcasing the hidden talents of our determined
and resilient co- workers, because another exciting presentation will be witnessed here in our
very owned- H.E BLDG. [I think, the presentation is ready...] Let’s give it up for the Teachers’
Tiktok Compilation.

TEACHERS PRESENTATION-MULTIMEDIA

ALELI: No question! It is evident that MAIHS teaching staff is very talented because it is said
that, “Your talent determines what you can do. Your motivation determines how much you are
willing to do. Your attitude determines how well you do it.” Keep it up teachers! At this
juncture, the DepEd Program on Awards and Incentives for the Service Excellence (PRAISE)
aims to encourage, recognize and reward employees, individually or in groups for their
suggestions, innovative ideas, inventions, discoveries, superior accomplishments, heroic deeds,
exemplary behavior, extraordinary acts or services in the public interest and personal efforts
contributing to efficiency, economy and improvement in government operations which lead to
organizational productivity. At this point, let us welcome, Ms. Josephine Cale-Dolotallas,
member of the PRAISE committee, to do the honor. She is now handling the sealed envelope
containing the AWARDEES for S.Y. 2020-2021 to be assisted by our School Head, Sir Larry M.
Marquez.

AWARDING CEREMONY

JM: Congratulations teachers! In this global crisis we teachers have always played a significant
role in shaping young minds, their role has also evolved and broadened up during the pandemic.
And we are making sure that our learners comply their respective tasks in finding newer,
adaptive ways of learning. So, let’s take a look on this slide show presentation.

SLIDE-SHOW PRESENTATION

ALELI: WOW! Memories bring back memories. Let us put in our minds that we are not born
just to teach but to inspire others, change the lives of people and to never give up even when
faced with challenges that seem impossible. At this moment, may I request everyone to please
rise for a teacher’s prayer and to be followed by a teacher’s song “I am a teacher” through
multimedia aided presentation.
