Wet season or rainy season is characterized
by heavy rainfall. It usually comes from May
to December. The southwest monsoon or
habagat blowing from the ocean brings the
rain. It is describe as tag-ulan in local
language.
During dry season, Filipinos usually experience
very hot temperature. Country people
experience this season from January to early of
May. It is locally known as tag-init or tagtuyot,
this season is the time for farmers to harvest
and dry their crops under the sun.
