Sergey Topcheshvili is one of the most wanted outlaw in Latvia. The Latvian police have
been searching him since 2002 for a cruel murder. The crime took place in the Sergeys
house in the Bauska district. On the day of the murder, Topcheshvili drank and began to
mock his employee, who helped him on the farm. It all ended in cruel beatings, from which
the unfortunate died. The police quickly managed to identify the suspect., but Topcheshvili
managed to escape. His location are still unknown.
