Dear Director Sadsad:

Greetings of peace!
With the department of Education’s announcement that classes for the next school year would
begin on September 13, 2021. Thus, together with the school administrative board and the school
personnel, we have decided to open at the later date of the said opening of classes. We have to
make sure that the faculty and all the materials are ready upon opening of classes.
With the changes brought about by this pandemic both the public and private schools adopt a
different learning modalities that includes online and offline learning methods which are far
apart from the traditional one.
In connection to this, the Masbate Polytechnic and Development College, Inc. is pleased to
inform you that we will be utilizing modular distance learning using prepared learning modules and
self-learning kits to help the students continue their studies in the new normal set up.
