HISTORY
Working together during these benefit concerts proved that the Rosary
Group could work together towards success. It was inevitable that a business
would be considered by the group and thus was established the One Bataan
Santisimo Rosario, a corporation duly registered at the SEC. This company is
engaged in the distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
Having this track record, the group was driven to provide a new kind of
health care and wellness service to the people of Bataan and surrounding areas.
The group has decided to spearhead the incorporation of Centro Medico de
Santisimo Rosario. The vision is a 100 – bed hospital, owned and operated by

V. TRAINEE’S PROFILE
VI. EXPERIENCES
A. ON FINDING COMPANY
The first day of training was a simple introduction of the company/ hospital,
we’re introduced to the staff and was taken to a tour throughout the building. The
supervisor was very accommodating and really wants to help us learn in relation
to our field from the company. At first, it was unlikely relevant to our field but
through the orientation and tour, the need for and Electronic Engineer in the
company was realized. Also during the orientation our task was discussed and
even requested to meet with an adviser or a representative from the school to
further help us, trainees, to really learn not only from the company itself but to learn
relevant to our course as well.
Through the course of our OJT, the beginning was nerve wrecking. It would
be the first time for me to do an actual work and I would be on a hospital were high
tech and sophisticated equipment maybe assignment to us. But eventual with the
help of our supervisor and helpful staff, we finished our assigned task and get
along well with our co-workers as well. It was hard at the start but I learned to adopt
with the environment and learned to cope up with the system of the company. It
was tiring and yet challenging. Though, at some point, I felt unenthusiastic on days
of OJT due to tight schedule of OJT days and school matters especially during
days when a lot of projects and reports that needs to be submitted and with
upcoming quizzes and exams, I found it difficult in my part. But with enough
courage and will to finish, I manage to go through with the task at hand.
The last day of OJT was both happy and sad. Happy for it was an
accomplishment on my part, to survive and learn from the company and sad for
the experience comes to an end. It was a pleasure working with them and all the
learnings will surely be helpful in my future endeavor. Having said that, we thank
all the staff that helped us get through with our OJT days and showed our
appreciation for accommodating us in their company/ hospital.
