BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

Nowadays, the simple and fastest way to sell goods is via


social media. Social Media has the potential to reach a vast
number of individuals in any part of the world, which is why
business-oriented individuals in any part of the world. Social
Media Marketing is the use of social media platforms and websites
to promote a product or service. Most of these social media
platforms have their own built-in data analytics tools, which
enable online sellers to track the progress and success of their
online selling. We already know that Facebook has a huge audience
and one of the most used social media platform where a lot of
people sell their own product.
Facebook has around 2,320 million users and is ranked
worldwide as the most popular social media platform. This social
network has evolved exponentially ever since its inception in
2004. Membership is free, with the platform receiving much of its
revenue from paying marketers who, in a highly targeted and
engaging manner, can meet prospects and consumers. In just about
every niche or sector, Facebook acts as a valuable platform to
generate leads and improve product and service sales. With so
many individuals on the web, regardless of your market or niche,
you have an audience. Also, you can't avoid marketing on Facebook
in any way if you're in business today, especially online.
According to Facebook Company Figures, Facebook is used by
90 million small businesses. Through Facebook, companies can join
one of the world's largest communities. By creating a Facebook
page for your business, you can build an audience and connect
with people who are interested in what your company has to offer.
