MEMBER COMMITMENT LETTER

Hereby I, Putri Septiarini Mufidah, am committed to be an active member of Your English Zone (YEZ). I

will commit to Your English Zone vision, goals, and objectives that have been decided by YEZ Steering

Board.

As general evidence of my commitment, I agree to accept the consequences to receive a warning letter and

enter probation period If I perform these following actions:

1. If I do not attend the YEZ program 3 times in a row.

2. If I do not contribute or participate actively at any YEZ program.

3. If I am not doing my duty and responsibility as an active member or those given by the Steering

Board.

4. If I do things that make YEZ's image worse.

At this point, I understand consciously that the probation period will put my membership status at stake.

Therefore, by signing this letter I acknowledge the commitment of being one of the YEZ members and I

am ready to rock every YEZ program.
