Introduction
A Project lead by Group 6 an efficient and well-functioning team for all intents
and purposes leads to faster and generally effective work in a fast way. A group related
to leadership, teamwork, motivation and fairly other such factors that really are
important for an organization. Coordination among group was outstanding and excellent
results in a subtle way. Grievance for all intents and purposes redressed mechanism to
actually solve the issue arising out of cultural and other differences among group in a
kind of big way. It kind of helped the members focus on team goals rather than piling up
complaints inside, contrary to popular belief. In addition creating an event like for fund
raising, Small targets and feedback plan, participative leadership, and particularly open
communication were among other definitely major factors that literally contributed to the
team project success, which essentially is quite significant.
Meeting with groups (brainstorming what sub events will be done in the activity or
event).Include question what, where, when and how for the finalize event.
Day 2
Meeting wt the advisers of the organization (so need to check with the advisers
what has been discussed and if anything needs to be changed). If the ideas or the
events are okay and approved, you can make a letter of request for conduct.
Day 3
Letters or document requests for conduct can be made (this will be forwarded to
the head of the students organization activity and will approve if the activity can be
conducted). If the letter is approved, you can disseminate letters like invitation, excuse
letters, letter for sponsorships.
Day 4
Then ongoing that should be the making of info graphics that will be posted on
the page for others to see them that there will be such an activity or event (this should
be 1 week before the uploading because it is a teaser).
