Project Overview and Materials

Goals
The primary goal of the sale is to raise money for the Lakefront Community Center’s special
events budget for next year. Our goal is to raise at least $9000 which can be used for our
annual holiday dinner for people in need.
Secondary goals include using the sale to promote LCC to a broader public, to make more
people in our community aware of our programming and charitable events, and to use the shirt
designs to build a brand identity for LCC that can be used for future marketing.

Team Member Responsibilities

Promote and sell shirts on-site at LCC during scheduled shifts.
Oversee staff shirt sales at a dedicated sales display.
Organize inventory and sales displays after each shift.
Organize and update sales data in spreadsheets after each shift.
Calendar
The sale is scheduled to run from December 2018 to February 2019, or until inventory is
exhausted, whichever happens first.

Lakefront Community Center - Purchase Contract

This purchase contract is dated November 1, 2018, between Lakefront Community Center and
Jones Screen Printing.

1. Order Outline

Lakefront Community Center (heretofore LCC), represented by Daniela Rosas, agrees to

purchase an order of 500 units distributed across sizes and styles. Six designs will be
produced, each design featuring artwork approved by LCC or representative. Artwork will be
provided by LCC or representative in one of the following file types: .png, jpg, or ...svg. Final
artwork must be received by November 10, 2018 for printing to take place and order delivery
by December 1, 2018.

2. Agreement Details

It is hereby agreed as follows:

A. Term & Order Delivery

The term of this order is from November 1, 2018 until December 1, 2018. Order delivery will
take place on or before December 1, 2018. Notification of order fulfillment will be made by
phone and email one business day prior to delivery.

B. Order details
a. Jones Screen Printing will supply and screen print the quantity of shirts specified by
LCC or representative.
b. Shirts will be of tier one quality: organic cloth, tri-blend, sweatshop free, and made in
the USA. While brand may vary based on availability and pricing, all shirt attributes
are guaranteed to match order specifications.
c. LCC or representatives are responsible for providing artwork for shirt designs in one
of the following file types: .png, jpg, or ...svg. Artwork should be sent to Jones Screen
Printing at orders.jones.screen.printing@gmail.com
 d. Client, LCC or representative, retains all rights over artwork used on their
merchandise. Artwork and proprietary designs cannot and will not be used by Jones
Screen Printing under any circumstances without express written permission from the
client.
e. A deposit of at least 50% of the total order must be made with Jones Screen Printing
prior to order production, normally upon signing this contract agreement.
f. Payment from LCC to Jones Screen Printing must be rendered in full prior to final
delivery of the order. Delivery of merchandise to LCC’s physical address will take
place on December 1, 2018 during regular business hours.

C. Price
a. The following bulk prices per shirt apply for orders of at least 50 units. The prices
noted below reflect the current price for Q4 2018. This price is subject to change for
any future orders beyond Q4 2018.
i. Crewneck $3.50
ii. V-neck $3.65
iii. Tank Top $3.85
iv. Long-sleeved $5.45
v. Sweatshirt $13.50
b. LCC’s order of 500 shirts includes 100 of each shirt type. Total price per shirt type is
as follows:
i. Crewneck 100 shirts $3.50

c. This price is guaranteed upon signing this agreement and no additional increase shall
be made to this base price. This excludes potential fees and penalties should clients
fail to: deliver artwork, deliver artwork in incompatible file formats, render payment in
full by delivery date, or receive final product order upon delivery.
D. Payment

a. A deposit of at least 50% of the total order must be made with Jones Screen Printing
prior to order production. Deposit is due upon signing this contract agreement unless
express written permission to modify these terms is issued by a representative of
Jones Screen Printing.
b. Payment from LCC to Jones Screen Printing must be rendered in full prior to final
delivery of the order. Acceptable payment methods include all major credit cards,
bank wire transfer, mobile payment apps, and cash.

E. Confidentiality

a. All details regarding this agreement are confidential to both parties. Lakefront
Community Center and Jones Screen Printing both agree to keep this agreement
confidential.
b. Lakefront Community Center agrees to keep details of any and all promotional offers
from Jones Screen Printing confidential.
