I. GOAL
The COVID-19 pandemic has turned the educational system all over the world into
a whirlwind chaos.
To mitigate the immediate impact of the virus particularly and to facilitate the
continuity of education for all, Ilayang Dupay Elementary School keeps moving
forward in surpassing the new challenges that awaits the continuous “new normal”
School Year 2021-2022.
BE-LCP 2021 to remain relevant in its educational programming through
equitable and increases access to basic education.
Identified constraints and challenges will make away to interventions and
increase accountability to deliver quality education
Ilayang Dupay Elementary School framework for enhanced learning continuity
plan provides flexibility ang lateral thinking for the adoption and
operationalization within the shcool's current context and capacity for the
fulfillment of the learning continuity plan
I. OBJECTIVE & PURPOSE
Education should be our top priority. Despite the present condition, #SulongEdukalidad
DepEd is guided with the pronouncement of our Secretary, Leonor M. Briones, “Education
Must Continue”. The Enhanced BE-LCP lays down the direction for basic education in the
coming school year. Implementation specifics will be embodied in appropriate guidelines,
rules or directives, and operationalized through programs, projects and activities by:

1.Provide a framework and preparation to guide necessary in decision making to ensure:


learning continuity through K-12 curriculum adjustments
alignment of learning materials, deployment of multiple learning delivery modalities
provision of corresponding training for teachers and school leaders
proper orientation of parents or guardians of learners
intensify stakeholder's engagement and support system
2. Protect the health, safety, and well-being of learners, teachers and personnel, and
prevent the further transmission of COVID-19

The BE-LCP lays down the direction for basic education in


the coming school year. Implementation specifics will be
embodied in appropriate guidelines, rules or directives, and
operationalized through programs, projects and activities.
