Business
Topic – 5 Ways Your Company Can Provide Value to
Customers During COVID-19
As the world continues to operate according to the new regulations
brought upon by COVID-19, businesses must develop new ways to
provide value to their customers. During these unpredictable times,
prioritizing customers and offering ongoing support will help your
business stand out.
The points to be worked on are:

 Writing a Plan for Your Business

 Product features and benefits (with images)
 Communication with customers
 Flexibility and understandability
 Ways of collecting feedback
 Give back to the community
 benefits to a business of adding value

The Students are expected to meet certain standardised

requirements for the PBL

 No. of Pages :8

Cover page of the project must have the name of the “5 ways your
company can provide value to customers during Covid-19” project with
picture.

The second page of the project should contain the name of subject,
name of the student, Grade, Section (all in BOLD)

The project has to be presented in a form of a booklet.

To break the monotony the students can present the file in a creative
way.
No Foam Boards will be accepted.
 You will be assessed on the following parameters -
