Learning Resources are the materials

that can help to develop, support, and
strengthen the education management
to improve the access to quality learning
and teaching. Teachers must generate
quality materials for them to have quality
learning as well. As a teacher, it is our
duty to produce these resources and
deliver it to the students.

Management of concern? How does your
experience help you develop your
competencies aligned to your
professional standards?

Learning Management is the ability to

design pedagogic strategies that achieve
learning outcomes for students. As a
teacher, to achieve quality learning,
pedagogic strategies should be improved
through attending seminars and training
to learn different techniques and through
practice teaching where you can apply or
test what you have learned. My
experiences help me develop my
learning management that can benefit
the students, as well teachers.

Capacity of concern? How does your
 experience help you develop your
competencies aligned to your
professional standards?

Teacher capacity is the capacity of a

teacher to create an inclusive learning
environment where students can learn
meaningfully. These capacities support
the students’ needs and learning. My
experience in teaching and management
really hone me for what I am today. It
helped develop my skills and strategies.
Through these experiences, I can fulfill
my role as a teacher as well as a school
leader.

Community of concern? How does your
Capacity experience help you develop your
competencies aligned to your
professional standards?

Household/Community capacity is the

ability of the community to support its
people with its resources and needs. It is
also the capacity of the community to
identify and address problems to
promote the harmony and well-being of
their members. Especially this pandemic,
our school reached out in the barangays
in distributing the modules in which the
learners will use. This is a big help for us
because it will be easier to us to deliver
the learning materials to each learner. I
have many experiences in encountering
the community and these helps me
understand the importance of the
community. As a head teacher, I can
accomplish my role with the help of the
community and my co-teachers. Also, it
could develop my ability in problem-
solving.

Operations of concern? How does your
experience help you develop your
competencies aligned to your
professional standards?

School Operations is managed by the

principal or the head teacher. They
handle the resources, ensure the safety
of the school and students, organize
plans and financial resources of the
school. Managing school operations is
not an easy job because the condition of
the school, as well as the students,
depends on you. The principal ensures
that school operations aligned with legal
frameworks and utilizes principles of
teaching, learning, and student
development to guide management
decisions and the organization of
learning. My experience in handling the
school resources is tough yet
manageable. It develops and improves
my capabilities to carry out such a huge
responsibility. It further expands the
understanding and skills to successfully
achieve the goals.
