In my first week with my friend in deped for work emmersion in office of the building our instructor

show as the whole office and one employee teach as how to be work in office and they tell us the advice
that working in office we need to all way enter in office in time to avoid late that first day they give me a
paper to arrange, they give me a order to photocopy the important file and sometimes they give us a
working in laptop to typing a letter and more and I give a important file in other office to receive it.

In my second week we participate to help the teacher in deped to supplying the bucket of food to give
the food in people to who affected in eruption in taal volcano we, we cleaning the bucket and putting a
food and other supply that they needed, so we participate in supplying food it because to get faster and
give quickly and after 2 day we finish to supply the food for people were affected in eruption and after
that they we are back to normal to work in office we arrange the paper, photocopy a paper and the
important file, we retyping the old file.

In my third week they give us a work to creating a certificate, after editing the certificate in laptop I print
it 1 by 1 and arrange to alphabetical in their last name, and retyping the old letter and typing a paper
print it on, and they give me a important file to photocopy by using the Xerox machine and giving a file
in other office to receive, and arrange the paper were give us.
