Learning Task IV
A. The picture A shows leadership and how he/she able to manage his/her
team.
B. The picture B shows the leader or entrepreneur that is stick to the plan,
also known as "a planner".
C. A strong leader develops a strong foundation of values, which in turn
serves to motivate team. They boost the team's potential, as a result, it
benefit the organization as a whole by assisting individual team members in
developing their skills.
1. Overall, how did this pictures make you feel about being an
entrepreneur?
Being an entrepreneur exemplified by how you collaborate with
your team or to others to achieve goals. An entrepreneur gives
effort to help their team to develop their potentials and to do
work perfect and successfully.
2. What did you think about the people in the pictures?
The people in the pictures illustrates the effective
characteristics to be an entrepreneur/leader. It looks like their
are having a team that is actively participating to achieve their
goals.
