Hello and welcome!
My name is Vivi, and I'm here to wish you the best of luck on your new
yoga journey.
This calendar is meant to guide you as you're taking your first steps on the
mat like a beautiful baby giraffe.
I believe that yoga is something that'll make your life sparkle. It'll make
you healthier and happier - both physically and mentally. But it can be
daunting to commit to something new. That's what this download is for!
This is a 30 day yoga calendar that'll only require 30 minutes of your time
six times a week. On Sundays we just nap a lot.
We'll explore different yoga styles with an emphasis on Hatha and Vinyasa
yoga. We'll also practice with 10 different teachers so that you can find
your favorite! Most importantly, we'll get into the habit of being active and
getting our yoga on every single day.
