Significance of the study

The study on rat killer extract from Tubli Roots as percieved by Alangilan

Senior High-School students has to contribute benefits to farmers, household

members, workers and also to future researchers.

Farmers. The key to this study that will benefit the farmers are those who are

unable to afford the high cost of commercial pesticides. Since it has no

negative impact on the environment, this leads to agriculture's long-term

viability. The characteristics of the Tubli Plant are discussed in this review

article, as well as its effectiveness as an organic pesticide. The rotten Tubli

Plants is the most strong and versatile pesticide, controlling a wide range of

pests.

Household members. The characteristics of the Tubli Plant, as well as its

usefulness as an organic pesticide has been discussed in this review article.

The Households use of Tubli Root pesticides are to eliminate rats and insects

in their homes to work and save money, and since it has no negative effects

on the environment.

Workers. This study will benefit the workers to be able avoid the hazards and

diseases that rat carries inside their workplace, foods, and also their

equipments.

Future researchers. This study may be used as a starting point for the future

researcherss. After reading this work, they could come up with new ideas for

their own research or improve this study if the knowledge presented becomes

obsolete.

SCOPE AND LIMITATION

This study focuses on the price and effectiveness of pesticide that made from

tubli roots to make it cheaper for farmers, who are not capable to incur the

expensive commercial pesticides. The Rodenticides are common in every

habitat to the society, therefore the researchers are trying to implement the

said study. The cover of this study is daily living for every individuals such as,

behavior, movements and actions. This study is to solve the struggles of the

people who are mostly affected. It is needed to be done so the future

researchers and next generations can expand it and learn to develop oneself.

The findings of this study have to be seen in light of some limitations. There

are two major limitations in this study that could be addressed in future

research. First, the study focused on price and effectivity of tubli roots. It is

cheaper because it can easily find in thickets along the streams, in secondary

forests at low and medium altitudes from Northern Luzon to Mindanao. It is

effective because the roots of tubli contains a poisonous rotenone. This

poisonous substance used since early times. Second, this product should be

properly handled and proper care must be done so as not to be swallowed

especially by children because it is poisonous and can damage internal

organs.
