Moringa, a nutrient-packed superfood that comes from the Moringa oleifera tree in
India, has been used for centuries in Eastern cultures to alleviate headaches, ease

Modern research suggests moringa can help lower cholesterol, balance blood sugar,
and ease other health concerns.

Moringa powder is often added to smoothies, nutrition bars, andenergy drinks or

drank as a tea. Moringa oil is used topically for hair and skincare.
C. If you are given the responsibility of organizing a heritage walk in your
city, what historical monuments or arts or crafts or some other features
would you choose for it? What would you do to make it interesting?

Maner also spelled Maner or Maner Sharif, is a satellite town in Patna Metropolitan
Region, in the Patna district in the Indian state of Bihar. Maner Sharif lies 24 km
west of Patna the capital of Bihar on National Highway 30 (India). It comes 8 km
before Bihta while travelling from Patna to Ara-Buxar via NH30. The town has tombs
of Sufi saints Makhdoom Yahya Maneri and Makhdoom Shah Daulat, known as Bari
Dargah (the great shrine) and Chhoti Dargah (the small shrine). Maner is an
important tourist areas and tourism centre . The city's name is said to come from
its status as a center of tourism.
Makhdoom Shah Daulat died in Maner Sharif in 1608 and Ibrahim Khan Kakar
Governor of Bihar, built a mausoleum to him that was completed in 1616.

The domed mausoleum's walls are adorned with intricate designs and its ceiling has
passages from the Qur'an. Maner Sharif also has a mosque constructed by Ibrahim
Khan (governor of Bihar) in 1619.Maner Sharif was a regional centre of learning and
is where the Sanskrit grammarian Pāṇini studied.

To make the visit interesting I would distribute "maner ke laddoos" And advertise it
by saying that amir khan was here - Maner is known for its variant of laddu known
as Motichoor Laddu made with ghee and promoted by local vendors as being made
using the sugar-sweet waters of the Sone river. Maner laddu featured in the
Bollywood movie Khudgarz.

Maner Sweets is the oldest and most famous sweet shop which makes authentic
Maner ka Laddoo (Laddu). Aamir Khan visited this place while travelling via this
route for movie promotion.

In addition of Maner's laddu and Dargah sharif, Maner also has Buddhist
temple, Jain temple and significances of other religions, hence, it is the emblem of
unity diversity.

Ethnic tourism signifies the tourist’s interests in the customs of the indigenous and
exotic people. It is .a form of special interest tourism which focuses directly on the

Typography Walk, Delhi

The unique signs on Paharganj's buildings and shops are discussed in the typography walk
In a spin-off to the popular adage, there is a lot to Paharganj that meets the eye.
Delhi-based typeface designer, Pooja Saxena underscores that through her

On the walk, the group is encouraged to identify as many languages and scripts in
the shop and building signs around them–surprisingly, there are at least a dozen,
including Korean, Bengali, Hebrew, Tamil, among others right in this neighbourhood
in Delhi. After that and a round of typography-related bingo, Pooja takes the group
through hand-painted signs and fun stories (like why a the signboard to your
dentist’s office is usually in blue or green). Lastly, over snacks, she has a small
show-and-tell session with her favourite design books on typography and signs.
