tolerate any more the up-and-down of the
stairs.

For one or two peoples, they are a very

reliable and safe lifts and can transport up to
650 lb depending on the selected model.

The cabins have a clean and transparent look

to do not interfere in the decoration.

In addition, once they do not demand the use

of a towers (shafts) or even side columns,
they keep the space free when the cabin is
parked on the other floor.

It means that people can pass under or over

the lift, if necessary, and it can be installed
even in a corridor without blocking the way.

They do not require greater works or demolitions,

because they are fixed directly to the wall and pass
through a single opening made in the existing upper
floor. That is, they do not demand construction of a
tower, pit or machine room, saving thousands of dollars
in construction expenses.

Economic and elegant, they have the exact functions to

carry out a safe and comfortable transportation between 02
floors and at the most affordable price in the market,
especially when compared to conventional lifts, whose
costs (equipment and constructions) are close to the value
of a small house.

The drive on the floors can be carried out by remote

control. In this way, it is not mandatory to pass electric
cables inside the walls, eliminating eventual cuts and
rework in the side walls finishing.

All Minilift are equipped with several safety systems. For

instance, in the almost absurd hypothesis of a traction
cable rupture, there is a powerful safety brake with
tempered steel claws that will attach to the rails almost
instantly.

The installation time is very fast, usually being carried

out on the same day if the site are fully according to
previous instructions. In the Unno and Unno HC models,
the cabins are delivery completely assembled and it
installation is got by simply connecting them to the
traction system.

The traction system consists of a very silent precision

gearbox. It is produced by the world's largest manufacturer,
SEW from Germany, which is also present in the US. The
rails are manufactured with special alloy of tempered
aluminum and allow a very smooth displacement.

Minilift are sold nationally and internationally. Thus, they

have been intelligently designed in order to facilitate its
maintenance by any local technician. Differently from
conventional elevator manufacturers, our business is not
to sell parts and maintenance services.

Electrical consumption is very low because the

mechanical efficiency of the system is high, about 95%,
and it happens practically only during its movement.
Comparatively, on average, a 50 inch Smart TV turned
on for only 2 hours a day consumes 3.5 times than a
Minilift used in 10 trips a day!

The delivery and installation are national and

international. However, some US states and countries
have special legislation that only authorizes local
contractors to carry out the installation in addition to
civil works. Please consult your contractor about this
possibility.

The equipment dimensions are very compact in order to

be adapted to the largest number of environments. For
example, the Unno line (for a passenger) requires a floor
opening of only 2' 5" x 2' 9" (WxD) and a height on the
second floor of only 7' 10".

110 / 220 VAC

It can be plugged into a standard 110-120VAC or 220- STANDARD PLUG
240 VAC (60Hz x 10A) electrical power (optional),
although the biggest savings are made when a 220-
240VAC three-phase power supply is supplied. Please
consult your contractor about this possibility.

There are several models for fast delivery, because we

know that frequently some customers have an urgent
need to get their equipment.

Minilift Duuo
Minilift Duuo is a special line of compact lifts for home and small business.
Its project was designed to meet the demand for an elegant, functional, quiet, safe
product that occupies the minimum of space and at affordable cost.
Main Features:
- Manufactured in versions for 02 standing passengers (Duuo) and with expanded
cabin for transport of 02 passengers (standing or seated) or 01 wheelchair (Duuo HC) +
a standing passenger.
- Specially designed for 02 floors, meets the levels of up to 11.5 ft (3.5 m), and can
reach up to 14.7 ft (4.5 m) in the special extended version.
- Capacity up to 500 lb (225 kg) in the standard version and up to 650 lb (295 kg) in the
reinforced one.
- Low energy consumption and maintenance.
- Rapid installation.
- It can be fixed to a drywall with wooden structures, masonry or metallic structures.
- Standard power supply is three-phase (240VAC x 60hz). However, it can be optionally
connected to a single or two phase and with different voltages (under consult).

MAINTENANCE
Minilift Duuo requires little maintenance (but always needed for any elevator) and no
DIMENSIONS IN INCHES AND MILLIMETERS - in (mm)
special procedures for its repair or conservation. It can be serviced by any company or
specialized electrician available in the region. Being a globally marketed lift, it uses
