Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

For me the most important thing when it comes to work is that it interests me since
this motivates me to continue trying to achieve the task, I also like and motivate the
challenges that this provides me although I do not deny that the money that is
produced also It is quite motivating for me, since the security that this will transmit
to me in life are very great, the variety of work is also motivating since a
monotonous work does not attract my attention, the competence of the work is not
very striking for me , Independence is also good because it will give me freedom to
do different things in my free time, the lifestyle does not interest me much since if
the work I like this in derivation it will give me a pleasant life for me, the recognition
is not very to my liking since personally I believe that what you do is important
even though thousands of people do not see it, and interpersonal relationships are
the least important for me when it comes to work since it is not my attention. be in
a relationship at the expense of my job.
