AFFIDAVIT

I, MAXIMINIANO B. TOLEDO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Sta.

Maria, Camiling, Tarlac, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby de
pose and state - THAT:

1. I am the registered owner of an undivided THREE HUNDRED (300) square meter

portion of a parcel of land situated in the Municipality of Camiling, Province of Tarlac,
containing a total area of TEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY TWO (10,862)
square meters, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 17520 as evidenced by the
annotation at the back of the title with Entry No. 25-2155. Supporting documents are
hereto attached for reference;

2. That MALVIN D. TOLEDO and DANIEL D. TOLEDO, my children, was under the
love, care and custody of SPOUSES DANILO A. DOMINGO JR. and ROSALINA T.
DOMINGO for over ten (10) years, the said Spouses Danilo A. Domingo Jr. and
Rosalina T. Domingo are the actual tenants of the said property for over THIRTY (30)
years;

3. That I have witnessed MALVIN D. TOLEDO, my child with my former spouse (now
divorced Virginia Domingo) had received an amount of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (PHP200,000.00) as payment for the ONE HALF (1/2) share of my former
spouse over the above-described property. Said payment was paid by SPOUSES
DANILO A. DOMINGO JR and ROSALINA T. DOMINGO being the buyers of the said
share;

4. That I am waiving and do hereby quitclaim my remaining one half (1/2) share over the
undivided THREE HUNDRED (300) square meter portion of the above property unto
SPOUSES DANILO A. DOMINGO JR and ROSALINA T. DOMINGO;

5. That said SPOUSES DANILO A. DOMINGO JR and ROSALINA T. DOMINGO are

now the sole owners of the said undivided THREE HUNDRED (300) square meter
portion of the above property;

6. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing declarations.
